Connie Rae Harper

Paradise~ Connie Rae Harper, 77, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in Paradise.

Memorial Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport.

Connie was born on November 23, 1943 to Odas V. and Mollie Ann (Ramey) White in Leavenworth, Kansas. She married Jerry Harper on April 28, 1978 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a housewife. Connie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, John Gary Powers.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 43 years, Jerry Harper of Paradise; her children, Jeffrey Powers of Midlothian, Virginia, Brigette Powers and husband Tom of Hurst, Tracy Sumpolec and husband Dave of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Jamie Powers and wife Martha of Paradise, Presley Villegas of Midlothian, Virginia, Jade Powers and wife Stephanie of Arlington, Andrew Harper and wife Brandi of Bridgeport, Dennis Harper of Paradise, Daniel Harper of Paradise, and Joshua Harper and Curtis of Chicago, Illinois; her 24 grandchildren; her 4 great-grandchildren; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
