Crescencia (Gloria) Rocha

Decatur ~ Crescencia Rocha, 75, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Monday, May 2, 2016 in Decatur.

Funeral Mass is 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Coker Hawkins-Funeral Home with Rosary at 7 p.m.

Father Thomas Dzousa will officiate. Pallbearers include Alexis Aldape, Eduardo Martinez, Esteban Gloria, and Pedro Gloria.

Crescencia was born on April 19, 1941 to Pedro and Dolores (Piñon) Gloria in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico. She was united in marriage to Gonzalo Rocha on January 12, 1958 in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico. Crescencia was a member of the Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Dolores Gloria; and her brothers, Jose Gloria and Gregorio Gloria.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 58 years, Gonzalo Rocha of  Decatur, Texas;  her daughters, Juanita Rocha of Decatur and Antonieta Martinez and husband Gilberto of Decatur; her grandchildren, Alexis Javier Aldape, Rosaura Aldape, Dianne Elizabeth Martinez, Eduardo Martinez, and Clarissa Anahi Martinez all of Decatur; her brother, Juan Gloria of Sonora, Texas; her sisters, Margarita Saucedo of Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico and Ma Dolores Valdéz of San Antonio; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
