Decatur: Cynthia Lee "Boo" Cotten, 46, a claims specialist, went to be with our Lord, Monday, July 18, 2011 in Decatur.
Private memorial service will be held in Wolfforth, Texas at a later date.
Cynthia was born December 17, 1964 in Lubbock, Texas to Jack and Barbara (Bruton) O'Neal. She was a graduate of Lubbock High School and American Commercial College. Cynthia married Robert Dan Cotten on July 26, 1992 in Dimmitt, Texas. She was employed by Allstate Dallas Market Claims Office as a Senior Claims Processor for 14 years. Cynthia loved her family, friends and coworkers. She loved animals and was very active in animal rescue and animal adoption.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 19 years, Robert Cotten of Decatur; her daughter, Caylla Breann Cotten of Decatur; her son, David Brandon Wages of Wichita Falls, Texas; her three brothers, Bryan Jackson and Ronald Burt O'Neal both of Lubbock, and Tommy Heath of San Angelo; her sister, Barbara Diane Abel of Orlando, Florida; her nephews, James Scott O'Neal and Ryan O'Neal Abel; and her niece, Krista Le Shae Yates.
