Cynthia was born August 16, 1960 to Bobby and Joyce (Kennedy) Randolph in Dallas, Texas. She was a graduate of Decatur High School Class of 1978.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Joyce Kennedy Randolph and her grandparents, Rev. G.C. and Glova Randolph and James and Lula Kennedy.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her brothers, Bobby Randolph Jr. and wife Christy of Runaway Bay, Danny Randolph and wife Connie of Bridgeport; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.
