Cynthia Gay (Proffitt) Schuff

Springtown ~ Cynthia Gay Schuff, 58, went to be with our Lord Sunday, September 19, 2020 in Springtown.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday September 26, 2020 at Alliance Community Fellowship Church in North Fort Worth with graveside following at 3:30 p.m. at Fairy Cemetery in Hico.

Rev. Tim Bach is officiating. Pallbearers: Justin Schuff, Joe Schuff, Gary Proffitt, Charles Rogers, Erick Gaston, and Dickie Rattarree.

Cynthia was born October 13, 1961 to Bobby Jack and Mozelle (Fuller) Proffitt in Fort Worth. She was united in marriage to Craig Schuff on March 28, 1980 in Keller. She was an educational reading specialist and a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Jack Proffitt.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Craig of Springtown; her daughter, Amy Martinez and husband Trey of Boyd; her son, Justin Schuff and wife Taylor of Northlake; 4 grandchildren, Mason, Molly, Finley, and Axton; her mother, Mozelle Proffitt of Fort Worth; her sister, Jana Rogers and husband Charles of Wills Point; her brother, Gary Proffitt and wife Jerri Sue of Pittsburg; several nieces and nephews.
