Daniel Alonso Mora

Alvord ~ Daniel Alonso Mora, 40, of Alvord went to be with our Lord Friday, January 11, 2019 at his home in Alvord, Texas.

Mass of Christian burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Decatur. Family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with a rosary at 7:00 p.m.

Daniel was born February 13, 1978 to Tomas Mora and Eduarda Cordero in San Jose de Felix, Mexico. He married Daniela Diaz on October 4, 2000.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Daniela Mora of Alvord; daughters, Andrea, Daisy, and Alejandra Mora of Alvord; son, Daniel Mora, Jr. of Alvord; parents, Tomas Mora and Eduarda Cordero; 2 brothers; 5 sisters; grandfather, Miguel Cordero; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
