Rhome ~ Daniel Ray Spivey, 33, a forklift driver, went to be with our Lord Friday, June 10, 2016 in Rhome.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pastor Keith Sanders will officiate. Pallbearers include Bobby Spivey, Solon VanKirk, Manuel Segura, T. J. Russell, Robby Savage and Chris Collins.
Daniel was born on October 3, 1982 to Mickel and Anita (Stiles) Spivey in Ada, Oklahoma. He worked at Peterbilt as a forklift driver. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Marines.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Daiki Spivey of Japan; his daughter, Grace Mathews of Haltom City; his brother, Bobby Spivey and wife Lavonda of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; his sisters, Heather Segura and husband, Manuel of Newark, Starla VanKirk and Solon of Weatherford, Amber Spivey and wife Tiffany of Clyde, and Crystal McGuire of Newark; numerous nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles.
