David was born on October 27, 1967 to David Daniel and Norita (Forshe) Howard, Sr. in Prince George, British Colombia. He was united in marriage to Tracie Ann Clement on February 11, 1993 in Idaho. David retired after many years as a contractor for residential and commercial buildings. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 years Tracie Howard of Rhome; his son, Brett Howard of Rhome; his daughter, Morgan Heater and husband Robert of Odessa; his grandson, Zayne Heater of Odessa; his brother, Robert Burbon of Reddeer, Alberta; his sister, Rita Fuchs of Idaho; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
