Dennis Wayne Gradey Caraway, 14, a student at Chico Middle School, went fishing with Jesus, Sunday, November 24, 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Funeral service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at the U-Turn World Ministries Church in Chico with Robert VanFleet officiating. Interment: Jim Ned Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Pallbearers include Daniel Moody, Bodie Brassfield, Bradley Verner, Nathan Rice, Michael Holland and Matt Gray.
Dennis was born September 9, 1999 in Henrietta, Texas to Phillip Wayne and Wendi DeeAnn (DoByns) Caraway. He loved to hunt, fish and he loved all of his pets that he found including spiders and bugs.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, Phillip and Wendi Caraway of Chico; three brothers, Cody Caraway of Chico, Justen Caraway of Weatherford and Hunter Garcia of Chico; sister, Victoria "Punky" Earp and husband, Chance of Chico; grandparents, Leon and Teresa Moody of Chico and Diane DoByns of Azle; great-grandmother, Ruth Miller of Bowie; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
