Rhome ~ D.J. Hoffman, 82, went to be with our Lord Sunday, August 27, 2017 in Rhome.
D.J. was born on November 4, 1934 to Schley and Lillie (Cole) Hoffman in Childress, Texas. He was united in marriage to Golda Griffin on June 15, 1956 in Childress, Texas. D.J. retired from the Railroad as an engineer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 61 years, Golda Hoffman of Rhome; his son, Max Hoffman and wife Sharon of Rhome; his daughter, Toni Bostick and husband Jay of Missouri; his grandson, Daniel Hoffman and wife Maeci of Bryan, Texas his great granddaughter, Emma Hoffman; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
