Dollie was born February 11, 1946 in Houston, to Jesse Burk and Dollie Louise (Jones) Foster.
Left behind to cherish her memories are her husband, Lonnie Carroll of Houston; sons, Jerry Carroll and wife June of Magnolia, David Carroll and wife, Lisa of Pennsylvania and Todd Carroll of Houston; sister, Patricia Stebenne; brother, Jerry Foster; and father, Jesse Foster, all of Houston.
