Don Weldon Witt

Chico ~ Don Weldon Witt, 78, went to be with our Lord Monday, July 3, 2023 in Decatur.

Don was born on May 20, 1945 to Ira Weldon and Ina Lois (Berry) Witt in Fort Worth. He was united in marriage to Barbara Wallis on June 20, 1998 in Johnson County. Don was a customer service technician at AT&T for 34 years. He was a kind, caring, and giving person to everyone he met. Don was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother, and a friend to many who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Ina Witt.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years, Barbara Witt; his daughter, Sheridan Diane Witt; his sons, Christopher Witt and Corey Witt; his step-children, Stacey Jordan, Brad Decker, Chad Decker, and Tim Decker; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother, Barry Witt; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
