Memorial service is 10 a.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at Center Point Church, 7804 Mid-Cities Blvd, North Richland Hills.
Donnie was born December 15, 1957 in Sikeston, Missouri to Delbert and Mary Ann (Estes) Spurlock. He was united in marriage to Cheryl DeAnne Wells on February 2, 1991 in Watauga, Texas. Donnie was an appliance service technician for Sears for 14 years. He was a member of the Sikeston Jaycees and was a member of the Baptist church.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Cheryl Spurlock of Rhome; two sons, Jesse and Wesley Spurlock of Rhome; parents, Delbert and Mary Ann Spurlock of Sikeston, Missouri; six brothers, Dennis Spurlock and wife Marilyn of Little Rock, Arkansas, Darryl Spurlock of Jackson, Missouri, Dean Spurlock and wife Chris of Sikeston; Jerry Estes and wife Liz, Tom Estes and wife Missy both of Pennsylvania, Connor Estes and wife Heather stationed in England; sister, Susan Brethold and husband Phil of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
