Donald Keith Chapman

North Richland Hills~ Donald “Keith” Chapman, Sr., 64, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.

Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport, Texas. Memorial Service to honor Keith will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 27, 2022 at North Richland Hills Baptist Church 6955 Boulevard 26, North Richland Hills, Texas 76180.

Pastor Danny Roberts will officiate.

Keith was born on July 18, 1957 to Donald Ray and Anita Von (Dickinson) Chapman at Bridgeport Hospital. He accepted Christ as his Savior at Shady Oaks Baptist Church on November 3, 1966. He lived and worked most of his life in North Richland Hills area, graduating from Richland High School in 1975. Keith was united in marriage to the love of his life, Kehm Leslie Bevill on March 31, 1979 in Bedford. He was a hard worker from an early age and worked as a machinist. Keith loved hunting, fishing, and knives. He was an ordained minister and loved serving and bringing people to the Lord. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and more who will be missed dearly by all that knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Ray Chapman.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Kehm Chapman of North Richland Hills; his children, Keith “K.C” Chapman and wife Alison of San Angelo, and Adam Chapman and wife Jill of North Richland Hills; his grandson, Henry Keith Chapman; his mother, Anita Chapman of North Richland Hills; his brothers, Russell Wayne Chapman and wife Leigh of Denton and Rick Chapman and wife Andrea of Arlington; his sister, Lisa Chapman Brown and husband, Kevin of Ft. Worth; his father and mother-in-law, Whitney and Johanna Bevill; his brothers-in-law, Jon Bevill and wife Judy, David Bevill and wife Jana, Tim Bevill, and Matt Bevill and wife Trish; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, church family and a host a friends.

In lieu of flowers, if you are so inclined to make a donation in Keith's name, the family has selected The American Heart Association as a designated charity of choice.
