Donna Faye Erwin

Paradise~ Donna Faye Erwin, 80, of Paradise, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, August 29, 2021 in Decatur, Texas.

Graveside Service will be 12:00 p.m. Noon Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 at Paradise Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Brother Jimmy Williams will officiate.

Donna was born on January 17, 1941 to Loyd “Tuff” and Marie (Kaker) Fitzgerald in Bridgeport, Texas. She was a homemaker and an Assistant Office Manager for Decatur Tire Store. Donna was a lifelong resident of Wise County graduating from Paradise High School. She enjoyed spending time with all of her family and especially cherished her children and grandchildren. Donna was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and good friend to many who will be missed by those that knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Paula Robertson of Bridgeport.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lori Erwin of Paradise; her son, Scott Erwin and wife Jamie of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Alicia Hedglin and husband Nick of Springtown, Lacey Erwin of Bridgeport and boyfriend Zach Hall of McKinney; her brother, Tommy Fitzgerald of Paradise; her nephew, Kenny Fitzgerald of Pyongtaek, Korea; her nieces, Katy Fitzgerald of Kannapolis, North Carolina, Stacy Williams and husband Jimmy of Bridgeport, and Missy Martinez and husband Edward of Bridgeport; many great nieces and nephews, cousins, and numerous extended family and a host of friends.
