Donna Ruth (Hawkins) Williams

Decatur ~ Donna Ruth Williams, 77, went to be with our Lord Friday, January 27, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Graveside service is 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2023 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Decatur. Family will receive friends 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Pallbearers include Ray Russell, Russell Lynn, Robert Johnson, and Darryl Russell.

Donna was born on September 23, 1945 to Ras and Louida (Ross) Hawkins in Justin, Texas. She was a retired assemblyman in the automobile fabrication industry. Donna was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ras and Louida Hawkins.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Anicia Williams of Fort Worth; her granddaughter, Tatyania Lacy; grandson, Markel Lacy of Fort Worth; her brothers, Ray Russell and wife Phyllis of Decatur, Ronald Willis and wife Cara of Decatur, and Donald Willis and wife Cindy of Decatur; her sisters, Anne Dawson of Decatur, Kathy Stewart of Lubbock, and Sharon Sephus of Fort Worth; her brothers, Billy Hawkins of Ft. Worth, and Willie Earl Jackson of Fort Worth; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and a host of friends.
