Decatur ~ Dorothy Jane Lynch, 83, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, November 30, 2016 in Decatur.
Memorial service is at First United Methodist Church in Alvord at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016.
Veronica Greanead will officiate.
Dorothy was born on December 25, 1932 to Fred and Allie (Powell) Hudson in Center, Texas. She was a retired teacher. Dorothy was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Robert Lynch of Beaumont, Billy Lynch and wife Cindy of Sunset; her daughter, Janet Simmons of Decatur; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; her sister, Charlene Kraemer of Nacogdoches; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
