Dorothy June Wagner

Funeral is 2 p.m. Thursday, May 2nd at Cross Plains Church of Christ with Rev. Chester Cullum officiating. Family will receive friends 1-2 p.m. prior the service. Interment: Cross Plains Memorial Cemetery in Cross Plains, Texas.

Dorothy was born November 13, 1940 in Coleman, Texas, to Carl and Dora (Meador) Champion. She was united in marriage to Paul Wagner on December 18, 1999 in Cross Plains, Texas. Dorothy was a member of Alvord Church of Christ.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Paul Wagner of Boyd; three sons, Sam Mosley of Anchorage, Alaska, Jamey Mosley of Lake Fork, Texas and Johnny Mosley and wife Rhonda of Boyd; daughter, Ranae Burgess and husband Lynn of Lewisville; two sisters, Vonita Champion of Cross Plains and Zona Mosley of Abilene; four grandchildren, Bridget Johnson of Mansfield, Arkansas, Cody Mosley of Anchorage, Alaska, Crystal Ann and Tiffany June Mosley both of Boyd; 1 great-granddaughter; other family members and a host of friends.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Eddie Champion; sister, Joyce Parkinson; first husband, Charles Mosley; two grandsons, John Charles Mosley, Jr. and Brian Mosley.
