Benbrook ~ Dorothy Z. White, 92, went to be with our Lord June 9, 2021 in Benbrook.

Graveside service is 1:00 PM Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Boyd Cemetery.

Rev. Christina Haworth will officiate.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Ridglea Christian Church, 6720 W. Elizabeth LN Fort Worth, Texas 76116

Dorothy was born on March 23, 1929 to George A. and Ora Mae (Martin) Zorns in Graham. She was united in marriage to Glen Bruce White on August 26, 1949 in Denton. Dorothy retired from the Fort Worth ISD as a mathematical middle school teacher. She was a member of Ridglea Christian Church in Fort Worth.  Dorothy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glen Bruce White; and her grandson, Gregory Brian White.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Linda White Cox and husband Lester of Granbury; 3 sons, George Bruce White and wife Mel of Garland, Ted Neal White and wife Mary Lu Johnston of Austin, and Tim White of Fort Worth; 4 grandchildren, Amy White, John White, Virginia White, and Madeline White; 2 great-grandchildren, Margaret and Evelyn; her sister, Margaret York of Fort Worth; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
