Decatur ~ Doug Morgan, 42, went to be with our Lord Saturday, October 19, 2019 in Decatur.

Memorial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur. Family will receive friends on hour prior to the service.

Pastor Bill Cleveland will officiate.

Doug was born on May 24 1977 to James “Jim” Lee and Pamela Jean (Tackett) Morgan in Tyler. He was united in marriage to Mary Kathlene Barnett on May 20, 2000 in Runaway Bay.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Jean Morgan.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 19 years, Mary Morgan of Decatur; his daughters, Kayla, Krysten, Zoey, Rowyn Morgan all of Decatur; his father, Jim Morgan and wife Lillie of Mesquite; his 2nd mother, Cindy McMullen of Alvord; his brothers, Scott Morgan of Haslet, Chad Nivens of Silverdale, Washington, Bryce Morgan of Dallas; his sister, Jennifer Robertson of Athens; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and a host of friends.
