CHICO -- Earl Wayne Parsons II, 64, a pipefitter, died Saturday, March 10, 2007 in Coffeyville, KS.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Burial: Dido Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Home.
Pallbearers: Rusty Holder, Phillip Parsons, Michael Taglienti, Dave Galliher, Jake Holder and Vance Brashear.
Mr. Parsons was born Sept. 25, 1942 in Baird, TX to Earl Wayne and Peggy Parsons. He married Phillis Barnes June 10, 1964 in Big Springs, TX. Mr. Parsons was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of Grace Fellowship Church. He was preceded in death by his father and his granddaughter, Elizabeth Parsons.
Survivors: wife of 43 years, Phillis Parsons of Chico; daughters, Traci Parsons Holder and husband, Rusty of Aledo, Lorrie Galliher and husband, Dave of Lewisville, Peggy Taglienti and husband, Michael of McKinney; son, Earl Wayne Parsons III of Chico; granchildren, Jake, McKinzie, Whitney, Phillip, Michaela, Savanna, Montana, Cheyenny, Courtney, Skylar and Jacob; sisters, Olyse Whitley, Anna Anderson, and Floyce Ricketts; mother, Jo Elizabeth Parsons of Alpine; and numeous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
