Earnest "Dean" Watson

Chico ~ Earnest "Dean" Watson, 70, of Chico went to be with his Lord Friday, October 22, 2021 in Chico, Texas.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with David Smith officiating.

Dean was born May 31, 1951 to Earnest Dink "Shorty" and Thelma (Flanagan) Watson in Hereford, Texas. He was a retired Veterinary Medicine Salesman for the cattle industry.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Robbie Beasley of Chico;  son, Wade Watson of Decatur;  daughter, Stacy Williams and husband Billy of Decatur;  grandson, Ty Watson of Stillwater, Oklahoma;  granddaughters, Riley and Harper Williams;  and still cherished by his sister, Dorothy Watson Atkinson of Amarillo, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and man, many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Billy Williams,  and his sister, Martha (Watson) Finch of Hereford, Texas.
