Edith F. Rothrock

Weatherford – Edith Rothrock, 80, of Weatherford went to be with our Lord on Saturday April 20, 2024.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Thursday April 25, 2024 at Boyd Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 AM till 10:30 AM at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.

Officiant is Fred Raney.

Edith was born July 9, 1943 in Bridgeport to Willie and Mary Lilly (Barber) Galttana. In 1961 she married the love of her life William Rothrock. Edith retired from the Boyd ISD as a custodian. She was a daughter, mother, sister and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents Willie and Mary Galttana; brothers James and Curtis Galttana.

Those left to cherish her loving memory are her husband William Rothrock; daughter Penny Sanner and husband Darren of Weatherford; Grandson Kent Sanner and granddaughter Miranda Sanner and a host of family and friends.
