Edwin was born on November 19, 1963 to Edward and Millie (Gifford) Bailey in Fort Worth.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sisters, Marlene Rachuig and husband David of Blue Mound and Rena Garrett of Aurora; his brother, Edward Bailey, Jr. and wife Kim of Arlington; his nieces and nephews, Jayson, Brandi, Malinda, James, Chris, Edward III (Eddie), David, and Daniel; great-nieces and nephews, Cade, Shane, Shyanne, and Kaitlyn; his uncle, Ray Gifford; his aunt, Anita Bailey; and many, many friends.
