Eloisa "Momo" (Garza) Gonzales

Bridgeport ~ Eloisa "Momo" Gonzales, 76, of Bridgeport died Wednesday, September 2, 2020 in Bridgeport, Texas.

There will be a Memorial Visitation from 2 - 4 p.m. Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Eloisa was born March 18, 1944 to Cresencio and Esperanza (Ybarra) Garza in Plainview, Texas. She married Eduardo Gonzales on September 15, 1958 in Plainview, Texas. They have been married almost 62 years. She also was a devout Jehovah's Witness and a member of The Kingdom Hall in Decatur.

Those left behind to cherish her memory is her husband of 61 years, Eddie "Walo" Gonzales of Bridgeport; daughter, Sandy Cobb and husband David of Decatur; sons, Junior Gonzales and wife Salena of Irving, and Danny Gonzales of Bridgeport; 5 grandchildren, Abel, Anthony, Alec, and Adrian Gonzales, and Jason Cobb; 3 great grandchildren, Malakai Sahagun, Christian Rodriguez, and Lexi Cobb; 1 great-great grand daughter, Morgan Hart; her mother, Esperanza Renteria; brothers, Robert, Gabriel, and Larry Garza; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, a grand daughter, Amber Sahagun, and a grandson, Timothy Cobb.
