Decatur ~ Emma Grace Sandlin, 3 months, went to be with our Lord Friday, September 28, 2018 in Decatur.

Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Eagle Drive Baptist Church in Decatur with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Chris Thorne will officiate. Pallbearers include Steven Sampson, Austin Sampson, Allen Martinez and Cason Kennedy.

Emma was born on June 22, 2018 to Tye and Justice (Wendt) Sandlin in Decatur, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her great great grandparents, Harold Proffer, Mildred and Maurice Wendt, and Melba Coffman, Gary Fetterolf; great great grandparents, Royce and Lynda Simpson.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Tye and Justice Sandlin; her brother, Ashton Sandlin; her sister, Baylor Sandlin; her grandparents, Marcus and Venetia Simpson, Ronald and Stacey Sandlin; her great grandparents, Rodney and Deborah Fetterolf, Steven Wendt, Deborah and Jerry Sandlin, Billy and Millie Davidson; great great grandparents Jean Fetterolf and Mary Proffer; her aunts, Zulynn Simpson, Mackenzie Hall, Chelsie Sandlin, Crista Sandlin; her uncles, Marcus S. Simpson, Steven Sampson, and Austin Sampson; numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins and a host of friends.
