Ennis Davila

Bridgeport~ Ennis Davila, 62, of Bridgeport went to be with our Lord on Friday, January 1, 2021 in Bridgeport.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2021 at The Twin Oaks Assembly of God in Bridgeport with burial to follow at the Mexican Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church.

Pastor Jerry Tedder will officiate. Pallbearers are to include Jon Anthony Davila, Paul Michael Rodriguez, David Nicholas Rodriguez, Benito Jose Davila, Ryan Don McDaniel, Benisio Alexander Davila, and Alex Cole Torres.

Ennis was born on November 30, 1958 to Benisio and Emiliea (Casillas) Davila in Bridgeport. Ennis was self employed and worked as a carpenter. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benisio and Emiliea Davila, and his brother, Benny Davila, Jr.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Ennis Davila, Jr.; his brothers, Louis Davila, Joe Davila, Carlos Davila, Benito Davila all of Bridgeport, and Robert Davila of Decatur; his sisters, Trinidad Cortez of Bridgeport and Lisa Hall and husband Billy of Wynnewood, Oklahoma; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
