Decatur ~ Epifanio “Martin” Padron, 71, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in Fort Worth.

Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Decatur with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday with Rosary at 7 p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.

Father Reeham S. Antony will officiate. Deacon Mauricio Hernandez will officiate the Rosary. Pallbearers include Genaro Padron, Alfredo Patiño, Juan Patiño, Miguel Padron, Jorge Padron, and Alejandro Padron.

Epifanio was born on January 30, 1949 to Toribio and MA. Saldme (Perez) Padron in San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato, México. He was united in marriage to Maria Martinez on October 4, 1971 in San Luis de la Paz.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Maria Padron of Decatur; 2 sons, Lazaro and Casimiro Padron; 3 daughters, Alicia Patiño and husband Dolores, Martina Padron, and Angelica Padron all of Decatur; 5 brothers, Tobias, Placido, Francisco, Martimiano, and Flavino Padron; 6 sisters, Josefina, Sixta, Juana, Paola, Aurelia, and Flora; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.
