BRIDGEPORT -- Eugene "Gene" Moore, 61, a truck driver for Haliburton, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2006 in Jacksboro. Memorial: 2 p.m. Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Gene was born May 2, 1945 in Baker County, Forida to Alonzo and Jewel Moats Moore. He married Alicia "Becky" Helmes Jan. 9, 1965 in Lakeland, FL. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors: His wife of 41 years, Alicia "Becky" Moore of Bridgeport; sons, Robert A. and Andrew J. Moore both of Bridgeport; granddaughter, Halee Dennett; mother, Jewel Moore of New Port Richie, FL; brother, Jerry W. Moore and wife Charollette of Bushnell, FL; and sisters, Martha Mangus and husband Harry of Alma, GA and Millie Snidle of New Port Richie, FL.
