Eugenia Floe Forman

Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 17th at Oaklawn Cemetery with Rev. Ken May officiating.

Eugenia was born December 12, 1918 in Decatur to Ray Hugh and Eula Custuous (Daughetee) Forman. She was a graduate of Decatur High School and was a retired nurse.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her brother, Clint Forman of Waco; five nephews, Jody Forman and wife Rhonda of Corinth, Elbert Forman and wife Cheri of Aubrey, Scooter Forman and wife Rhonda of Houston, Ray Cook and wife Caroline of The Woodlands and Donnie Cook of Erlanger, Kentucky; two nieces, LaDonna Wren and husband Stephen of Decatur, Ann Swingler and husband Jack of Austin; and sister-in-law, Kathleen Forman of Denton; other relatives and a host of friends.

Eugenia was preceded in death by her son, Tinney Sloan; two brothers, Joe and Ray Forman; and sister, Harriet Cook.
