Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Eura was born September 11, 1932 in Itasca, Texas to Levie and Rachel Mae (Wright) Spence. She married Jesse Nole Young on August 11, 1977 in Fredericksburg, Texas and was married 27 years at his death in 2004. Eura was a member of the First Baptist Church of Newark.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Nelda Cowan and Kathy Olmstead both of Newark; two sisters, Betty Wilkinson of Ft. Worth and Katherine Burchell of Waco; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
