Haltom City ~ Edgar Fay Helton, 91, a retired Executive Secretary, went to be with our Lord Sunday, June 4, 2017 in North Richland Hills.
Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Cottondale Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior at the funeral home.
Brother Robert Dodson will officiate. Pallbearers include T.J. Robinson, Ryan Robinson, Beau Robinson, Tommy Robinson, Frank Walters, and C.J. Ransom.
Fay was born on May 9, 1926 to Edgar and Fay (Coffman) Helton in Cottondale, Texas. Fay retired from Champlin Petroleum Company. She was a member of the Birdville Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar C. and Fay “Dink” Coffman Helton; her sister-in-law, Evelyn Helton.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her brother, Donald Helton of Haltom City; her nieces, Linda Helton of Fort Worth, Donna Walters and husband Frank of North Richland Hills; her great niece, Michelle Robinson and husband Tommy of North Richland Hills; her great great niece and nephews, T.J., Beau, Ryan, Mia Robinson; and a host of friends.
