Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Faye was born on April 8, 1940 in Paris, Texas to, L.C. "Preach" and Blondie Meredith. She married Bobby Joe Bullard on February 9, 1980 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Newark. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Alfred Meredith, and her grandcaughter, Ashely Newman.

Survivors: Husband of 26 years, Bobby Bullard of Paradise; daughters, Debra Patterson and husband, Gary of New Jersey, and Pixie Rippy of Newark; son, Derrick Newman and wife, Kim of Levabon, Mississippi; stepson, Johnny Bullard and wife, Susie of Azle; stepdaughter, Barbara White and husband, Jack of Weatherford; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
