Fernando was born in San Luis De La Paz, Guanajuato, Mexico on May 30,1974 to Diego Padron and Galdina Vecerra. He was preceded in death by his father; two sisters, Alicia and Casemira Padron.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his mother Galdina Becerra; two sisters, Santos and Maria Luis Padron all of Mexico; two brothers, Alejandro Padron of Decatur and Carlos Padron of Dallas; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
