Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2007, in Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Burial: Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Officiator: Rev. Charles Taylor and Rev. Kenneth Jones. Pallbearers: Darrell Ford, Ken Culver, James Bennett, Tommy Dugan, Cliff Lambert, and Dean Meadows.
Frances was born on October 11, 1944, in Bridgeport to Raygon Gentry and Dorothy Mae (Jones) Ford. She was a housewife. She married Ed Bennett on July 10, 1987 in Fort Worth.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her former husband, Delbert McGaha; her brother, Floyd Ford; and her sister, Faye Dugan
Survivors: husband, Ed Bennett of Azle; brother, Tommy Ford of Azle; sisters Elaine Hearn of Gun Barrel City, Texas, Peggy Kirkpatrick of Fort Worth, Diane Tackett of Chico, and Pearl Martin of Aze; numerous nieces and nephews.
