Frances Ann (Fluker) Collins

Grand Saline ~ Frances Ann Collins, 93, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in Tyler, Texas.

Funeral Service is 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Cottonwood Cemetery in Decatur. Family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Russell Collins will officiate. Pallbearers include Randy Shilling, Mark Williams, Jimbo Heiens, Charles Mosier, David Fliker, and Russell Collins. Honorary pallbearer is Danny Collins.

Frances was born October 19, 1928 to David Finis and Rena D. Fluker in Corsicana, Texas. She was a retired home health caretaker after many years in the home health industry. Frances was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Rena Fluker; 2 sisters, Dorothy Dixon, and Edna Conant; her brother, Gene Fluker.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Russell Collins and wife Debra of Grand Saline, and Danny Collins of Grand Saline; her daughter, Kimberly Collins of Grand Saline; 3 grandchildren, Summer, Colin, and Bethany; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; her 5 sisters, Ruby Rollins, Elaine Strickland, Jo Jackson, Jonnie Griffith, and Jane Matthews; her brother, David Fluker; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
