Alvord ~ Frances Mae Patterson, 94, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Thursday, February 16, 2017 in Alvord.
Graveside is 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Alvord Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Pastor Earnest Patterson and Royce Ruddick will officiate. Pallbearers include Craig Patterson, Chad Patterson, Ronald Patterson, Cassidy Patterson, Connor Patterson, Hayden Patterson, Asher Perry. Jeff Johnson and JD Sifford.
Frances was born on October 26, 1922 to John and Mary (Henderson) Barnes in Pettus, Texas. She was united in marriage to Albert Patterson on November 30, 1945 in Denton. Frances was a member of the Voice Triumph Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 3 brothers; 4 sister.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Ray Patterson and wife Judy of Decatur, Earnie Patterson and wife Marla of Alvord; her grandsons, Ronald, Craig, and Chad Patterson; her granddaughters, Cristal Sifford and Connie Johnson; 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
