Francisca Barrera Lozano

Boyd ~ Francisca Barrera Lozano, 78, went to be with our Lord Saturday, May 8, 2021 in Denver City, Texas.

Funeral is 2:00 PM Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jessie Esquivel, Adrian Esquivel, Joe Esquivel, Aaron Hammett, Cameron Hammett, and Daniel Lopez

Francisca was born on October 18, 1942 to Albino, Sr. and Francisca (Flores) Barrera in Brownfield. She was united in marriage to Ovidio Lozano who went to be with our Lord December 17, 2011. Francisca was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Fide, Julia, Vino, Lupe, and Maria Barrera.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Linda Lozano and husband Noe of Rhome; 2 sons, Ovidio Lozano, Jr. and wife Lucinda of Denver City, Texas, and Joe Frank Lozano and wife Angela of Crossroads; 6 grandchildren, Jessie Esquivel and wife Randi, Joe Esquivel and wife Kristi, Amanda Hammett and husband Travis, Brenda Lozano, Crystal Lozano, and Elijah Lozano; 15 great-grandchildren, Jessieca, Adrian, Gabriel, Brinley, Briel, Eric Esquivel and wife Heather, Taylor, Alexander (Auri), Ciera, Aaron, Cameron, Jasmine, Tadria, Vijay, and Madelyn; her great-great-grandchildren, Presley, Ronin, and Shogun; 2 brothers, Juan Barrera and wife Juana and children, and Esteban and family; other relatives and a host of friends.
