Chico ~ Francisco Guadalupe Franco, 61, a self-employed truck driver, went to be with our Lord Monday, November 28, 2016 in Chico.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Saint John the Baptizer Catholic Church in Bridgeport. Rosary is 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport with visitation following the rosary.
Rev. Thomas Dsousa will officiate.
Francisco was born on October 26, 1955 to Oscar and Refugio (Covarrubias) Franco. He was united in marriage to Yolanda Garcia on January 27, 1990 in Los Angeles, California. Franco was a member of the Catholic church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Evodio Franco.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 years, Yolanda Franco of Chico; his son, Julio and wife Claudia of Bridgeport; his daughters, Jaqueline and husband Miguel of Los Angeles, California, Luz Elena of Los Angeles, California; his grandchildren, Alex, Ruby, Robert, Michael, Ryan, Matthew, and Julissa; his sisters, Teresa Carrillo and husband Alfredo of Los Angeles, California, Malena Franco of Tijuana, Mexico, Maria De Jesus Franco of Los Angeles, California; his brothers, Oscar Evodio Franco of Los Angeles, California, Martin Franco of Tijuana, Mexico; his mother, Refugio Covarrubias; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and a host of friends.
