Frank was born May 16, 1958, in Abilene, TX. He was a Bridgeport High School Class of 1977 graduate. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Ellen Rider Thomas. Survivors: Wife of 10 years, Risa Schedcik Thomas of Bridgeport; sons, Nicholas Rider Thomas of Bridgeport and Sean Thomas of Ft. Worth; brother, Fred Thomas of California; numerous other family members and a host of friends.
