Frederick Schwieger Jr

Funeral will be 9 a.m. Tuesday at Newark Church of Christ with internment to follow at 11 a.m. at Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.

Pallbearers: Jason Schwieger, Adam Schwieger, Derek Schwieger, Grant Jones, Aaron Potter, Nathan Boaldin, Henry Weir, Chris Peek, Shannon Jones, and Michael Romine.

Frederick was born April 12, 1933 in Grand Island, Nebraska to Frederick and Ruth Scherberg Schwieger. He married Doris Jo Bishop on September 2, 1955 in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife of 60 years, Doris Schweiger of Rhome; three sons, Freddy Schwieger of Keller, Adam Keith Schwieger of Henrietta, and Bryan Edward Schwieger of Sweetwater; 2 daughters, Janice Boaldin of Newark, and Kelli Baker of Haslet; 3 brothers, Gary Schwieger and Jim Schwieger both of Nebraska, and Steve Schwieger of Springtown; 2 sisters, Pat Gillming of Crawford, Nebraska, Jackie Beltier and Sandy Kemper both of Grand Island, Nebraska; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Timothy Troy Schwieger, and a brother, Bob Schwieger.
