BRIDGEPORT -- F.W. "Freddy" Edwards, 85, a retired Airforce Master Sargent, died Thursday, July 13, 2006 in Bridgeport. Graveside service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at West Bridgeport Cemetery. Mr. Edwards was a member of the Bowie VFW and the American Legion. Survivors: Wife, Paula; son, Fred Edwards, Jr.; stepdaughter, Jerry Mullins; grandchildren, Robyn, Gregg, special grandson, Shannon and Healther; and great-grandchildren, Noah, Nicholas, Brooke, and Bailey.
