Decatur ~ Gareth Dee Burnham, 75, a retired veteran went to be with our Lord Sunday, February 28, 2016 in Decatur.
Graveside is 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2016 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.
Rev. Phillip Weitner will officiate.
Gareth was born on September 12, 1940 to Royal and Edith (Ford) Burnham in Los Angeles, California. He was united in marriage to Theresa Torres on August 17, 2011 in Phoenix, Arizona, they met each other at 12 years old. Gareth served his country and retired from the U. S. Air Force. He loved to fish and enjoyed photography.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Karen Willard.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Theresa Burnham of Decatur; his daughters, Karen Cumberland of Mississippi, and Kristy Burnham of Mississippi; his grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 5 step-children; and a host of friends.
