Garmon Layfette Brown

Justin ~ Garmon Layfette Brown, 78, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in Justin, Texas.

Service will be held on a future date.

Garmon was born on September 12, 1941 to Tollet and Gracie Bessent Brown in San Saba, Texas.  He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force and later worked as a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson Colby Brown; and sister, Maudie Brown Selman.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 years, Janice M. Brown of Justin; son, Dwayne Brown and wife Shelly; daughter, Cheryl Brown of Arlington; son, Monroe Marburger and wife Cathy of Mansfield; son Ashley Marburger of Chico; 8 grand-children; 1 great grand-child; sister Margie Chittenden of Justin, Sandy Maughan and husband John of Weatherford; Debbie Balch and husband Bob of Fort Worth; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
