Bridgeport ~ Gayle Ford, 63, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, May 9, 2012 in Denton.
Graveside service is 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 11th at Jonestown Cemetery in Alvord. A memorial will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at The Shepherds House in Chico.
Rev. Kern Choate will officiate.
Gayle was born on January 10, 1949 to James and Mable (Post) Lee in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was united in marriage to Marvin Ford.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her brother, George Lee and her sister, Dorothy Whitt.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Shelly Lee of Bridgeport; her sons, Sean Ford and wife Trina of Bridgeport and Steven Ford and wife Jennifer of Runaway Bay; 11 grandchildren, Eric, Heather M., Dustin, Kendra, Heather L., Brandon, Kristen, Casey, Rian, Emily, and James; 4 great grandchildren, Adyn, Ronyn, Brooklynne, and Corbin; her brothers, Bobby Lee of California, Glenn Lee of Edgewood, New Mexico, and James Lee of California; numerous nieces and nephews which she considered her own; other family members and a host of friends.
