PARADISE -- H.M. "H" Jenkins, 88, a retired farmer and Wise County, Precinct 4 employee, died Monday, June 4, 2007 in Bridgeport. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at West Bridgeport Cemetery with the Bro. Eddie Milligan officiating. Flag presentation conducted by the North Texas Honor Guard. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Jenkins was born June 19, 1918 in Chico, TX the son of Sidney O. and Gertrude Owens Jenkins. He was a U.S. Army Airforce Veteran serving in WWII, a member of the Cottondale Baptist Church and the American Legion. H.M. was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Jeep, Wesley and Jimmy Jenkins; sisters, Vera Fay Boring and Hazel Sheffield. Pallbearers: David Jenkins, Bubba Jenkins, Clayton Green, Levi Taylor, Benjamin Taylor, Bud Bishop Honorary Pallbearers: Kelan Jenkins, Kutler Jenkins, Kolson Jenkins, Blane Worley, Brock Worley.

Survivors: Son, Mike Jenkins of Paradise; grandchildren, Jana Worley and husband, Lee of Boyd and Matt Jenkins and wife, Toni of Paradise; great-grandchildren, Kelan, Kutler, Kolson, Blane and Brock; sister, Ruth Narramoore; brothers, Red Jenkins and Bo Jenkins; his extended family, Jan Stanfield and husband, Robert and their daughter, Chelsie; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends of the Bridgeport Senior Citizens Center.
