PARADISE -- Helena L. Bridges, 75, a homemaker went to be with our Lord Monday, June 22, 2009 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cottondale Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate. Pallbearers: Randall Clark, Terry Hardin, Joe Key, Donnie Reed, Jason Mitschres, and Glenn Hughes.
Helena was born on November 2, 1933, the daughter of Joseph Lawrence and Julia (Beggs) Taylor, in Bridgeport. She married Joe Quint Bridges on March 10, 1951 in Bridgeport.
Helena was preceded in death by her parents, and on June 2, 2009 by her husband, Quint.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Jackie Bridges and wife, Dona of Campbell, Texas; grandchildren, Tonya and Heather Bridges.
