Jack E. Moore

Memorial service is 6 p.m. Thursday, December 16th at Hawkins Funeral Home with Reverends Roland Hodges and Johnny Irish officiating.

Jack was born March 25, 1937 in Bedford, Texas to Virgil and Mattie A. Caudle Moore. He married Carol Sue Underwood on February 1, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jack served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Cowboy Church and N.A.R.C.S.P.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 19 years, Sue Moore of Cottondale; three daughters, Phyllis Moore-Walden and husband, Dustin, Jacky Lynne Benton and husband, Keith both of Tyler; Von Hawkins and husband, Rob of Bridgeport; son, Jack Robert Moore of Fort Worth; three grandchildren, Danielle Benton of Tyler, Trey Hawkins and wife, Jennifer of Decatur, Chase Hawkins of Bridgeport; brother, Archie Moore and wife, Martha of Lake Country Estates; three sisters, Earline Scoggins and husband, Larry of Weatherford, Leah Moore of Dallas, Fran Noakes and husband, Steve of North Richland Hills; two great grandchildren, Camryn and Hollyn Hawkins; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
