Keeter - Jack Riley, 86, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, Christmas Eve morning, December 24, 2013 at his home. Graveside service is 11 a.m. Friday, December 27, 2013 in Keeter Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Boyd.
Reverends Mark Autry, Brandon Autry and Willie Haak will officiate.
Jack was born on May 19, 1927 to Robert and Mattie Bell (Forbes) Riley in Fredrick, Oklahoma. Jack married Moveline Niblett in Fort Worth on April 29, 1949. He was retired from General Dynamics.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Morgan and Foy Riley; his sisters, Geneva Parker, Francis McKinney and Juanita (JoJo) Dutton. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 65 years, Moveline Riley of Keeter; his son, Mike Riley and wife Donna of Sanger; his daughters, Connie Boswell and husband Walt of Peyton, Colorado, Gay Jackson of Euless, and Julie Autry and husband Mark of Boyd; 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; other family members and a host of friends.
