Fort Worth ~ Jackie Fox, 81, a retired contract administrator, went to be with our Lord Sunday, December 24, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017 at First United Methodist Church with burial at Alvord Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service at the Church.
Stephen Schwartz will officiate.
Jackie was born on March 20, 1936 to Jack and Lela (Berkley) Parmely in Avery, Texas. She was united in marriage to Jimmy Darrell Fox on November 7, 1958 in Fort Worth. Jackie retired from General Dynamics/Lockheed in 1994 after 36 years of service where she worked as a contract administrator. She traveled the world in her later years including many European countries, along with cities in Australia, China, and Vietnam. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Alvord.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmy Fox.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Robert Fox and wife Sylvia of Winter Haven, Florida, Ben Fox and wife Marci of Orange Park, Florida; her grandchildren, Kristen Fox of Denton, Stephen Fox of Boston, Erika Fox of Addison, and Patrick Fox of Fort Worth; and a host of friends.
